Annual Activity Calendar
The Annual Activity Calendar of the Directorate of Quality Enhancement provides a structured roadmap for the University’s quality assurance and enhancement activities. It is aligned with institutional priorities and the requirements of the Quality Assurance Agency of the Higher Education Commission.
Key Areas
- Programme and Institutional Reviews: Planning and coordination of PREE, RIPE/IPER and related follow-up activities.
- Accreditation Support: Coordination with academic units regarding accreditation requirements, evidence and review visits.
- Academic Integrity: Implementation of anti-plagiarism procedures, awareness and related quality controls.
- Surveys and Stakeholder Feedback: Collection, analysis and reporting of feedback from students, faculty, graduates, alumni and employers.
- Capacity Building: Workshops, orientations and professional development activities for faculty and staff.
- Institutional Reporting: Timely collection, validation and submission of quality assurance data and reports.
- Monitoring and Follow-up: Review of improvement plans, implementation progress and evidence of completed actions.
The calendar is reviewed periodically so that activities remain responsive to HEC requirements and the University’s evolving academic and institutional needs.
