The team evaluates the accuracy of the self-assessment, confirms the effectiveness of programme arrangements and identifies opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities of the Assessment Team<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the Self-Assessment Report, PREE documentation and supporting evidence before the visit.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the programme&#8217;s objectives, learning outcomes, curriculum, teaching and assessment practices.<\/li>\n<li>Examine faculty profile, governance, student support, laboratories, learning resources and quality assurance arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Meet relevant stakeholders, including programme leadership, faculty, students, alumni and administrative representatives where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Validate reported strengths and identify gaps, risks and areas requiring improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a clear assessment report containing evidence-based findings and practical recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss findings with the concerned academic unit and the Directorate of Quality Enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Support follow-up by reviewing the programme&#8217;s improvement plan and implementation evidence where required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assessment Team members are expected to maintain objectivity, confidentiality, professional conduct and avoidance of conflict of interest throughout the review.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Assessment Team (AT) The Assessment Team conducts an independent, evidence-based [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-67","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/67","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=67"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/67\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":126,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/67\/revisions\/126"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=67"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
