Its members should understand the programme&#8217;s curriculum, learning outcomes, assessment system, resources, student experience and quality assurance requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities of the Program Team<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and organize reliable programme data and supporting evidence.<\/li>\n<li>Review programme objectives, learning outcomes, curriculum, teaching, assessment, faculty, resources and student support.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze stakeholder feedback and relevant performance indicators.<\/li>\n<li>Identify strengths, good practices, gaps and areas requiring improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the Self-Assessment Report or PREE documentation in the prescribed format.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a practical, time-bound improvement plan with responsibilities and evidence requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Head of Department, faculty, students, administrative offices and the Directorate of Quality Enhancement.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the Assessment Team&#8217;s review and respond to observations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the programme evidence repository and monitor follow-up actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Program Team promotes collective ownership of programme quality and supports continuous, evidence-based improvement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program Team (PT) A Program Team is constituted for an [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-65","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/65","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=65"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/65\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":125,"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/65\/revisions\/125"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/qec.ulm.edu.pk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=65"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
